Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") describes how cancellation, billing periods, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Eversolve hosted contact widget, dashboard, forms, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy is incorporated into and should be read together with the Eversolve Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Lite, Pro, and any other recurring paid subscription plans offered by Eversolve from time to time. It does not apply to third-party products, services, or websites that you access through links or integrations you configure.

The Free plan does not require payment and is not subject to the cancellation or refund provisions of this Policy, except where expressly stated.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through a third-party payment processor at the monthly or annual interval you select at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Eversolve and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges at the beginning of each billing period.

There are no free trials, usage-based overage charges, or automatic add-on fees beyond the plan and interval you select. Your invoice reflects the plan tier and billing cadence in effect at the time of charge.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a charge fails, Eversolve may suspend or downgrade access in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable grace-period rules described in the Service.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing interface in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid-plan access through the end of that period. After the period ends, your account may revert to the Free plan and certain paid-only data or resources may become subject to downgrade retention and deletion rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account. Account deletion is a separate action governed by the Privacy Policy and the account settings in the Service.

4. No Refunds

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVERSOLVE DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FULL, PARTIAL, PRORATED, OR FOR UNUSED TIME, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: (A) CANCELLATION DURING A BILLING PERIOD; (B) NON-USE OR UNDER-USE OF THE SERVICE; (C) DISSATISFACTION WITH FEATURES OR PERFORMANCE; (D) DOWNGRADE FROM A HIGHER PLAN TO A LOWER PLAN; (E) ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION FOR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE; OR (F) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, MAINTENANCE, OR MODIFICATIONS.

No exceptions are made for annual subscriptions, promotional pricing, or subscriptions purchased at a discount. Choosing an annual billing interval does not create a right to a pro-rata refund if you cancel before the end of the annual term.

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights that applicable law may require. Where such rights apply, Eversolve will comply with mandatory legal obligations only to the extent required.

5. Plan Changes and Downgrades

If you upgrade to a higher plan, the change typically takes effect immediately and you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period through the payment processor. Upgrades do not create any refund entitlement for prior charges.

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the downgrade typically takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No credit or refund is issued for the difference between plans for the current period.

Feature availability, limits, and data retention after a downgrade are governed by the plan in effect after the change, as described in the Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@eversolve.io before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Eversolve will review legitimate billing inquiries in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with Eversolve may result in suspension or termination of your account. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be recorded for fraud-prevention purposes and reported where appropriate.

A successful chargeback does not create a refund policy exception. Eversolve may pursue collection of amounts owed and may restrict future access pending resolution.

7. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms regarding cancellation or refunds, this Policy governs those subjects to the extent of the conflict.

All other provisions of the Terms of Service, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and governing law, apply to your subscription and payments.

8. Changes to This Policy

Eversolve may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required by law or the Terms of Service, additional notice may be provided. Continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
