Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Eversolve uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies in connection with the Service. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Eversolve does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels for behavioral advertising through the Service.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. Local storage and session storage are browser mechanisms that allow websites to store data locally on your device. Comparable technologies include pixels, tags, and scripts that store or access information on a device.

Strictly necessary technologies are required for authentication, security, load balancing, and core functionality. Functional technologies remember preferences and improve usability. Security-related third-party technologies may be used for abuse prevention and bot mitigation.

2. How Eversolve Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies

Eversolve uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember certain preferences, protect against abuse, attribute referral sign-ups, and deliver embedded widget functionality.

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to build advertising profiles, sell personal information, or track users across unrelated third-party websites for targeted advertising.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Storage

Authentication and session cookies. When you sign in to the dashboard, authentication cookies are used to maintain your session and validate requests to protected areas of the Service.

Security cookies. Certain security and abuse-prevention mechanisms may set cookies or comparable identifiers on your browser when you sign in, sign up, reset your password, or submit public forms protected by bot-mitigation controls.

Administrative session cookies. Separate administrative interfaces, if you are authorized to use them, may use hardened session cookies with strict security attributes.

4. Functional Cookies and Storage

Remember-me preference. When you choose to remain signed in for an extended period, a first-party cookie stores your selected idle-timeout preference for that device.

Referral attribution. A first-party referral cookie may be set when you arrive through a referral link. This cookie enables attribution of sign-ups to referral programs and expires after approximately thirty (30) days.

Interface preferences. Theme and similar interface preferences may be stored in local storage on your device to preserve your display settings between visits.

Setup and client state. Certain dashboard client state, such as onboarding progress indicators, may be stored in local storage to improve usability.

5. Widget and Embedded Experience Storage

The embedded Eversolve widget may use browser local storage on the website where it is installed to remember interface state, such as whether the contact panel was left open. This storage is scoped to the host site and is not used for cross-site tracking.

When custom typography features are enabled on eligible plans, visitor browsers may request font resources from third-party content delivery networks. Such requests may involve standard web logging by the relevant network operator. Eversolve does not use those requests for advertising profiling.

6. Third-Party Cookies and Scripts

Certain features rely on third-party security, infrastructure, payment, and content-delivery mechanisms that may set or read cookies or comparable identifiers on your device when you interact with protected forms, authentication flows, checkout flows, or embedded experiences.

Eversolve does not publicly identify specific third-party providers in this Cookie Policy. Those providers process information in accordance with their own policies and our contractual arrangements with them, solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Managing Cookies and Similar Technologies

Most browsers allow you to refuse, delete, or manage cookies through browser settings. You may also clear local storage through browser settings or developer tools.

If you disable strictly necessary cookies or clear authentication storage, parts of the Service may not function correctly, including the ability to remain signed in or complete protected form submissions.

8. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
